Located in Muskegon Heights within the beautifully renovated Theodore Roosevelt School, originally built in 1929, Roosevelt Apartments contains 50 one and two-bedroom affordable apartments. This community offers central air, hardwood floors, a community garden, a community room, playground, parking, in-home laundry, and support services.

Twenty-five of these apartments are reserved for referrals from Community Encompass for households who qualify as homeless or special needs and have been referred by a local agency, Community Encompass contact (231) 728-3117.
